This position's primary responsibility is the coordination of data and documentation for the set-up of product with residuals paymasters (primarily Entertainment Partners), as well as review of residual reports and invoices for residual payment, including the preparation of wire transfers  or check requests.  This position requires a professional who is highly motivated and a self starter.  This individual must be able to develop professional relationships with various business units, analyze and decipher accounting data to accurately review the departments reporting obligations.  The ideal candidate must be able to identify problems and develop improvements with respect to methodology and process.  In addition, this person must be well organized, detail oriented and be able to perform a variety of tasks under time pressure and strict deadlines.  This position reports to the Vice President of Residuals.

Candidates should have a thorough understanding of the basis and structure of residuals and various Guild agreements, experience and knowledge of the set-up process with the residuals paymaster, excellent communication skills both oral and written, and the ability to work independently and manage staff.  A minimum of 5 years of residuals experience is required, along with SAP experience.  Must have excellent computer skills in an MS Windows environment (Word, Excel) with primary focus on spreadsheet development. A BA degree is Finance or Accounting is required.
