THE POSITION: We have an opportunity for someone with 3 to 7 years of experience in commercial, employment and/or products liability litigation. The successful candidate should have strong academic credentials, exemplary analytical and writing skills, the ability to manage cases with minimal supervision, and an eagerness to be involved in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings and discovery, arguing motions, taking depositions, as well as attending arbitrations, mediations, and trials. Most importantly, the successful candidate will be a core player in our Oakland office.
